1. Agreement

These terms govern use of ProtectThread, provided by Duckham Meridian Group Limited (“DMG Ltd”). By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service description

ProtectThread supports compliance with the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act 2025 (“Martyn’s Law”). It is not legal or security advice. AI-generated outputs are guidance only — always check the SIA and Home Office guidance, or consult a qualified adviser, for your premises.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access.

4. Billing

Billing is managed through the DMG account centre at dmg-limited.com. All prices are in GBP and exclude VAT. Card processing fees are included in published prices. No card surcharges are applied.

5. Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into ProtectThread. We process it solely to provide the service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: use the service for unlawful purposes, attempt to access other accounts, interfere with the service, or share Inspector View links outside their intended purpose.

7. Limitation of liability

ProtectThread supports compliance. It does not guarantee compliance. Duckham Meridian Group Limited accepts no liability for regulatory penalties arising from reliance on the service without independent verification.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate at any time. On termination, your data remains available for export for 30 days, after which it is deleted (except audit logs retained for regulatory purposes).

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
